Hogan Durkan is a professional estate agency service located in Limerick City.
Founded in 2014, we specialise in a range of services including Residential Sales and Valuations, Lettings and Property Management as well as Commercial Sales, Acquisitions and New Home Sales.
We have over 30 years of combined experience in the property market and our dynamic approach in dealing with the needs of our clients allows us to provide a professional and personal service that we are proud of.
Our History
Originally founded by Patrick Durkan in 2014 as Durkan Auctioneers, Hogan Durkan has prided itself on providing a personal and professional service to its clients since its inception. Our reputation is built on providing our clients with a service that is effective, client focused and tailored to individual needs.
In 2021, Eoin Hogan joined to form Hogan Durkan, allowing for the expansion our property management services and expert advice in this area. From the beginning, Hogan Durkan’s primary goal has been to provide a professional personal and trustworthy service that we can be proud of to the people of Limerick and the Mid-West region.

Eoin joined Hogan Durkan as Partner in 2021. He is an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is a member of The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV), a TEGoVA Residential Valuer (TRV) and has over 11 years’ experience in the property industry. Eoin gained international experience working as a licenced real estate agent in New York and previously worked with Savills, KMPM, O’ Connor Murphy and QRE Real Estate Advisors.
His areas of expertise include Residential Sales, Appraisals, Residential and Commercial Lettings and Property Management. Eoin prides himself in providing clients with strategic advice, market analysis and great adaptability. Eoin is a keen negotiator with a track record on delivering successful results for clients.

Patrick brings 25 years’ experience in the property business to Hogan Durkan, specialising in Sales, Valuations and well researched property advice. Having previously worked with Hartstone Auctioneers, Croucher Durkan and setting up Durkan Auctioneers in 2014, Patrick is also a member of The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV), is a council member of the institute and sits on the valuations and admission committee.
Patrick is Recognised European Valuer (REV), is a member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII) and is also a Commissioner for Oaths. Patrick now feels that this is the right time to take the business to the next level and in Eoin Hogan, he has found a very likeminded person. A new customer focused approach to Sales, Rentals & Valuations are what link Eoin and Patrick together.
